European Double Gauze

Cotton double gauze (also known as Muslin or Cheesecloth) is a very popular soft 100% cotton fabric perfect to wear over summer, a cool & comfortable fabric that breathes well.

Double gauze is made from two very fine layers of cotton that are invisibly stitched together. The weave of each layer tends to be quite loose, so that combined with the double layer of fabric tends to make the fabric textured in appearance with a crinkled vintage look & feel.

A beautiful lightweight airy fabric that is very soft to touch, it makes fantastic, dresses, shorts, pants, scarves, baby wraps etc!

Double Gauze should be washed to pre-shrink before sewing, our crinkled variety will shrink approximately 10%
